Our Story

We moved to Colorado about 15 years ago and have fallen in love with the area and the people that make up this great state. Our company is a family run business and we believe that this is the place for us to provide for our community. We focus on making sure that the details are right in everything that we do and take pride in our work.

Todd: I am a husband, father of 4 great kids, owner of a boutique real estate business and home services business. I've resided with my family in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs since 2003. I have been a school board member for the Manitou Springs School District. I enjoy creating community giving back to the community and spending time with my family and friends. As a real estate professional and real estate investor I have referred many trades people to my clients.
